The Delta State Police Command has detained the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr Kingsley Ashibogwu, along with other suspects. The detention is in connection with the death of Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a deputy director in the Ministry of Education. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding Adeda's death are ongoing.
