Mr Dan Okolo, former Kogi State Commissioner for Information during the administration of the late Prince Abubakar Audu, has urged stakeholders in Kogi East to make grassroots development their foremost priority. He emphasized the need for development to reach the grassroots level. Okolo made the call at a stakeholders' meeting in the area.
