UEFA announced it will distribute approximately €31.5 million to clubs that released players for the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League. The payment, to be made this week, is the first under the current UEFA Club Benefits Programme cycle and will benefit 611 clubs across all UEFA member associations, including amateur clubs. Clubs receive €3,845 per player per match for Nations League and European Qualifiers fixtures. RB Leipzig will receive the highest total of about €353,000 for releasing 16 players.
