Mr Ojulari has explained that the selection of Chinese companies to revamp Nigeria's refineries followed a nine-month process. During this period, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) considered more than 50 potential partners before narrowing the list to about 20. The final selection was based on this thorough evaluation.
