Ukraine's battlefield supply robots have learned how to swim

Ukrainian forces have used an amphibious ground robot to carry out a logistics mission for the first time. The robot, operated by soldiers of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade, traveled 25 miles across land and water to deliver ammunition and provisions to front-line positions. According to the Ukrainian state-backed innovation platform Brave1, water obstacles such as rivers, canals, and marshlands pose significant challenges for conventional unmanned ground vehicles and can disrupt supply routes. Ground robots have become increasingly important for Kyiv, especially for logistics.
