Residents in Osogbo, Osun State, looted a warehouse belonging to the Global Food Initiative after its operators disappeared in a cheap food scam. The incident occurred after the operators allegedly collected money from residents under the guise of selling cheap food and then vanished. The warehouse was subsequently broken into and its contents carted away by the residents. The police have not yet commented on the incident.
