Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals, has responded to a court order halting the construction of a $17 billion refinery in Lamu County, Kenya. Dangote stated, 'we don't care; we are ready for them.' The court order stops the East African refinery project.
