Ojulari stated that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) supplies a specified number of crude cargoes to Dangote Refinery in Naira. However, additional crude volumes were supplied in dollars. This arrangement was disclosed amid ongoing discussions about crude supply to the refinery.
