Senator Sharafadeen Alli, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State for the 2027 election, has unveiled a reform agenda. The agenda includes granting full autonomy to local governments, implementing a 13th-month salary for civil servants, and overhauling the education and health sectors. Alli also promised a maximum of 30 pupils per class in schools. He made these promises during a high-powered dialogue on Tuesday.
