Residents and commuters in Kabayi, Nasarawa State, are stranded following the erection of a high steel barrier along a major route linking Mararaba to Abacha Road. A Facebook user, John Clem, posted a video on Tuesday evening describing the situation as an emergency and called on authorities to intervene before construction is completed. Clem appealed to Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule and other authorities to address the issue, noting that workers are struggling to access their homes and workplaces.
