An independent commission has found Manchester City guilty of breaching the English Premier League's financial regulations. The breaches occurred between the 2009/10 and 2017/18 seasons, and the club was also found guilty of non-cooperation with the investigation that began in 2023. The Premier League had accused Manchester City of inflating revenues and reducing costs. The club had previously received a fine from UEFA for similar offenses.
