NBCC, NEXIM Predicate  Food Security on Fostering Integrated Food Ecosystem

The President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, Abimbola Olashore, has stated that Nigeria needs an integrated food ecosystem to achieve food security. He spoke during an NBCC advocacy roundtable on unlocking Nigeria's agriculture supply chain for a resilient domestic production system. Olashore noted that agriculture remains central to the economy, employs a significant share of the workforce and sustains millions of households. He said achieving a resilient domestic production system requires looking beyond production alone to the strength and efficiency of the entire farm-to-table supply chain.
