Johnvents Group, an Africa-based multinational agribusiness and food manufacturing company, announced that its combined cocoa-processing facilities in Akure and Ile-Oluji, Ondo State, operated at 82 percent capacity in the first half of 2026, up from 66 percent in 2025. The company processed 31,621 metric tonnes of cocoa in 2025, a 50 percent increase over the previous year, and a further 19,806 metric tonnes in the first six months of 2026. Johnvents hosted institutional investors and capital-market stakeholders on a tour of its facilities, showcasing cocoa processing, agricultural commodity aggregation, and downstream food manufacturing operations. The company has a combined annual cocoa-processing capacity of 48,000 metric tonnes across its two facilities.
