Three days of heavy rainfall caused severe flooding on the Agbarho/Ughelli Road in Delta State, particularly around Agbarho Police Station. The flooding disrupted movement and left commuters stranded. Residents and commuters have called on Julius Berger Nigeria Plc to urgently maintain alternative roads around Otovwodo. Traffic congestion in Ughelli has worsened, causing hardship for motorists and pedestrians.
