The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Oyo State will begin distributing newly printed Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) across all 33 Local Government Area offices in the state from October 9. The distribution is part of the commission's preparations for upcoming elections. Eligible voters who registered or requested replacement cards are expected to collect them at their respective local government offices.
