Ari Emanuel, executive chairman of WME Group and CEO of TKO Group Holdings, said he treats his to-do list like a contract with himself. Speaking on the podcast "Aspire with Emma Grede," he said he maintains a routine and does not listen to the voice urging him to stay in bed. Emanuel added that his persistence in getting things done and networking helped him gain attention early in his career.
