MKH Properties Limited announced the successful close of Series 1 of its Commercial Paper Programme, with investor subscriptions exceeding the N10 billion issue size. The company said the completion of the first series marks a significant milestone for the Nigerian real estate developer. The close came shortly after the company formally launched its N30 billion Commercial Paper Programme.
