A vacation home at 317 Matterhorn Drive in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, has been on the market for two years despite price cuts. The property, represented by real estate agent John Kenney, debuted at $850,000 in January 2024 and is now listed at just under $600,000, a decrease of nearly 30%. The cabin, located near the Smoky Mountains and Dollywood, has seen a steady drip of price cuts and relistings. Kenney says they are 'chasing the market' as the vacation home sector faces a downturn.
