The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled October 9, 2026, for the collection of new Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) in Oyo State. INEC emphasized that no one can collect the PVCs on behalf of registered voters. The commission urged eligible residents to collect their cards in person.
