The Kano State Government has begun distributing teaching and learning materials to 5,022 learners enrolled in the Accelerated Basic Education Programme (ABEP). The exercise covers three local government areas of the state. It was flagged off by the Commissioner for Education, Dr Ali Haruna Abubakar Makoda. The initiative is supported by Plan International Nigeria and receives funding from partners.
