The Nigeria Football Federation has formally appealed a decision by the Confederation of African Football to annul Edo Queens' victory in the WAFU-B final. The NFF argued that the team should not be penalised for an error made by the referee during the match. The appeal seeks to have the result reinstated in favour of the Nigerian club.
