The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to order the Nigeria Immigration Service to place Adeniyi Adeyemi on a watchlist and no-fly list. Adeyemi is linked to the alleged fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) and is under investigation for the diversion of substantial sums, including N1.3 billion. The ICPC seeks the order pending the conclusion of investigations and prosecution.
