DoorDash workers are increasingly taking on tasks beyond traditional delivery as the company adds new services and autonomous offerings. These tasks include assisting autonomous vehicles and helping retailers update photos of shelves and inventory. Gig workers can take on smaller tasks between deliveries to earn extra cash.
