The Uganda High Commission in Kuala Lumpur participated in the 6th Colours of Africa Event in Bangkok on 28 September 2026. Uganda showcased its coffee, tourism, and investment opportunities at the exhibition and engaged in a business networking session to promote trade with Thailand. According to World Bank data, Uganda's exports to Thailand were significantly lower than imports, but bilateral trade increased by USD 59 million in 2024, indicating growth potential.
