The pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere, has endorsed President Bola Tinubu for a second term. The endorsement was contained in a communiqué issued after the group's caucus meeting at the Akure residence of its leader, Chief Reuben Fasoranti. Afenifere said the decision followed a review of the Tinubu administration's performance and the prevailing political situation. The group cited the President's commitment to restructuring, economic prosperity, inclusivity, deepening democracy and addressing insecurity.
