2027: Women hold 90% key to ousting APC — Amaechi

Rotimi Amaechi, Vice-Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has said women will determine the outcome of the party's battle against the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general election. He charged women to take the campaign into their wards and polling units. Amaechi spoke at the ADC National Women League Conference in Abuja, alongside Hajiya Titi Atiku-Abubakar and Senator Austin Akobundu. He recalled how women were mobilised during the campaign that brought the APC to power and said the ADC must replicate that grassroots strategy.
