APC urges appointees to campaign for Tinubu

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has urged chief executive officers of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to actively support the re-election bid of President Bola Tinubu. Yilwatda made the call on Wednesday when the agency chiefs, under the aegis of their forum, visited the APC National Secretariat in Abuja. He rejected the description of the agency heads as merely technocrats, stating that most of them are political appointees whose positions carry both professional and political responsibilities. He added that their appointments are not accidental and that they earned the confidence of President Tinubu due to their competence, experience, and commitment.
