UAC Nigeria exits Livestock Feeds in N19.5 billion deal with Sunbeth

UAC of Nigeria Plc has agreed to sell its 73.29% shareholding in Livestock Feeds Plc to Sunbeth Treenuts and Sesame Limited in an all-cash transaction valued at N19.5 billion. The deal marks UAC's exit from Livestock Feeds. The transaction was reported by Nairametrics.
