Nigeria@66: Plateau gov pardons 130 inmates

To celebrate Nigeria's 66th Independence Anniversary, the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, has decided to forgive 130 inmates, allowing them to go free. Additionally, he has changed the sentences of four people who were facing the death penalty, reducing their sentences to something less severe.
