UAC to sell 73.29% Livestock Feeds stake to Sunbeth for N19.5bn

UAC of Nigeria Plc has made a deal to sell its majority ownership (73.29%) in Livestock Feeds Plc to a company called Sunbeth. The sale is valued at 19.5 billion Nigerian Naira.
