The Africa's Green Economy Summit (AGES) is preparing for its 5th event, which will be held in Cape Town from February 23 to 26, 2027. This summit is important for discussing and promoting sustainable development in Africa, especially in light of the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP31). The newly released preview brochure provides a glimpse of what to expect at the summit, including details about speakers, project presentations, and a new feature called the Green Village. This village will serve as a marketplace for green projects and initiatives, helping connect investors with opportunities in areas like renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and climate technology. Over 700 participants are expected, including investors, project developers, and government officials. The event will showcase more than 40 investment-ready projects, aiming to mobilize funding for green initiatives across the continent. Key partners and sponsors are also involved, ensuring a collaborative effort to advance Africa's green economy.
