The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the abduction of prospective corps members who were travelling from Ibadan. The incident occurred weeks after a similar highway attack in Kogi State where corps members were among those abducted by gunmen. The police are investigating the abduction and efforts are underway to secure the release of the victims.
