The Royal Spanish Football Federation announced on Thursday that winger Nico Williams has withdrawn from the Spain squad due to a thigh injury. Williams, who scored in Spain's 4-1 Nations League victory over Croatia on Tuesday, reported discomfort in his left thigh and did not participate in Thursday's training session. Following medical tests, it was decided that he would leave the national team camp to continue his recovery. No replacement will be called up, leaving the squad with 25 players for upcoming matches against the Czech Republic and Croatia.
