President Bola Tinubu attended the official launch and premiere of a documentary titled 'MKO' in Lagos on Thursday. The event took place at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts, ahead of the documentary's nationwide cinema release on Friday. Directed by Nigerian-American filmmaker Ose Oyamendan, the film chronicles the life, political career, and legacy of the late Chief MKO Abiola, focusing on the June 12, 1993 presidential election and its annulment by the military government.
