Nigeria has been allocated an additional 10,000 slots for the 2027 Hajj pilgrimage, bringing the total national allocation to 60,000 pilgrims. The new slots were announced as part of preparations for the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. The increase is expected to accommodate more Nigerian pilgrims.
