The Plateau State Government and the Kukah Centre have called for the formal adoption and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the state-owned security outfit, Operation Rainbow. The call was made in Jos on Tuesday during a town hall advocacy meeting. The move is part of efforts to strengthen community security, accountability, and human rights compliance.
