The Oyo State Rule of Law Enforcement Authority, in collaboration with security operatives, impounded 20 cows in two separate operations in Ibadan. The operations were conducted over alleged open grazing, residential rearing, and destruction of farm crops. The Chairperson of OYRLEA, Justice Aderonke Aderemi (retd.), announced on X on Thursday that the first operation was carried out at dawn.
