Funso Doherty, the governorship candidate of the National Democratic Congress in Lagos State, has pledged to provide free education and healthcare if elected. He also promised to offer one nutritious meal for every child in public schools. Doherty said his administration would implement a programme to support public school pupils. The pledges were made during his campaign for the Lagos governorship election.
