Former President Goodluck Jonathan spoke at a dinner and award ceremony in Bayelsa State, marking the state's 30th anniversary. He said Bayelsa has gained tremendously in its 30 years of existence and urged residents to appreciate the progress recorded while working towards greater development. The event was part of activities commemorating the creation of the state.
