Major General Auwalu Mahmuda, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, has addressed troops deployed to the division. He charged them to remain professional and proactive in the discharge of their duties. The GOC gave the charge during his address to the soldiers.
