Obidient Movement condemns arrest of Akwa Ibom coordinators during march

The Obidient Movement has condemned the arrest of its Akwa Ibom State Coordinator, Dr Ben Smith, and the State Coordinator of the OK Movement, Mr Elijah Noah, along with other members. The arrests occurred during a peaceful march in Akwa Ibom State by the Nigeria Police. In a statement signed by Mr Onyeka Dike of the Media and Communications Directorate, the group expressed its disapproval of the police action. The movement described the march as peaceful and called for the release of its members.
