Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State has called on Nigerians to build a country that earns the patriotism of its young people, making migration a choice rather than an escape from hardship. He spoke in Awgu during the swearing-in ceremony for National Youth Service Corps members. At the event, 2,101 corps members took the oath of service. Mbah emphasized the need to create opportunities that would discourage young Nigerians from seeking to leave the country out of desperation.
