The faith-based film Agbara Nla: The Return has grossed over N71 million at the West African box office from preview screenings, ahead of its official cinema release on October 2, 2026. More than 12,000 tickets were sold during the previews, setting a record for the biggest single-day preview gross in West Africa and the biggest Nollywood single-day opening. The movie's strong preview performance has generated significant attention in the Nigerian film industry.
