The Jigawa State Government has presented appointment letters to 2,020 newly recruited secondary school teachers. Of these, 1,100 were appointed on permanent and pensionable terms, while 920 were engaged under the J-Teach programme. The recruitment is part of efforts to strengthen the state's education sector.
