Anthropic is investing $100 million to train 10,000 engineers to help companies move AI projects from idea to production. The program, called Claude Frontier Academy, aims to tackle the barrier of finding people who can build and deploy AI inside a real business. The first cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Anthropic aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027.
