The Enugu State Government is intensifying efforts to prevent conflicts and disease outbreaks that could hinder the World Bank-supported Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project. Commissioner for Agriculture Dr. Patrick Nwabueze announced this during a training on conflict prevention and management. The state has established an Integrated Livestock Development Centre and approved N60 million in counterpart funds for the project.
