A woman, Rashidat, has filed for divorce from her husband, Sarafatu, at Grade A Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State, citing neglect, constant fighting, domestic violence, and threats to life. In response, the husband alleged that his wife was impregnated by another man while still living under his roof. The case is before the court.
