Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has approved the formation of the Labour Party 2027 Governorship Campaign Council. Otti will serve as chairman of the council. The approval was announced in a statement. The council is expected to lead the party's campaign efforts for the 2027 governorship election in Abia State.
