The North East Governors' Forum has raised ₦10.8 billion to establish a regional airline. The Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum, disclosed this on Friday. The announcement was made during the opening ceremony of the 10th meeting of the Forum in Maiduguri.
