The Imo State Police Command has confirmed that abductors of 18 prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and other travellers in Owerri are demanding a ransom of N950 million. The command’s Public Relations Officer, Okoye Henry, disclosed this to Nigerian Tribune in Owerri on Saturday. He advised families to cooperate with the police.
